Swiss hold firm to earn draw in Glasgow friendly

Scotland were held to a 1-1 draw by Switzerland in a friendly match at Hampden Park on Saturday afternoon.

The visitors took the lead through Breel Embolo in the first half, but Scotland levelled through Ryan Christie after the break.

The result means that Scotland have now won just one of their last five matches against Switzerland in all competitions.

The two sides will meet again in the UEFA Nations League in September.
