Following a dazzling starting debut on Saturday, North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye is expected to be one of the top picks in the 2024 NFL Draft. Maye has signed with superagents Ed Berry and James Denton, signaling his intention to enter the draft.
Maye is coming off a record-setting season for the Tar Heels, throwing for 4,321 yards and 35 touchdowns. He also rushed for 12 touchdowns, making him one of the most dangerous dual-threat quarterbacks in the country.
Maye's performance has caught the attention of NFL scouts, and he is currently projected to be a top-3 pick in the draft. The Giants are currently holding the sixth overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, and Maye could be a target for the team if he declares for the draft.
